Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Indoor Sales Advisor with experience in sanitaryware and tile products to join our retail showroom team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist customers in selecting the right products for their homes or projects.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Welcome and assist walk-in customers, providing detailed product knowledge and expert guidance on sanitaryware, tiles, and bathroom accessories.
•    Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products based on functionality, design, and budget.
•    Prepare and present quotations, handle price negotiations, and follow up on customer inquiries.
•    Maintain accurate product knowledge, including specifications, stock availability, and installation requirements.
•    Achieve individual sales targets while supporting overall showroom performance.
•    Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
•    Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
•    Stay updated with the latest trends in sanitaryware, tiles, and home improvement products.

Job Skills

Requirements •    Minimum 2 years of experience in indoor sales, preferably in sanitaryware, tiles, or home improvement products.•    Strong knowledge of product specifications, usage, and installation methods.•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•    Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple customer inquiries.•    Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.•    Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems).
