Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our Hospitality Division, specializing in Commercial Kitchen solutions. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, proposing appropriate kitchen equipment and solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. Your role will involve collaborating closely with clients, architects, and project managers to deliver customized solutions that meet operational and aesthetic needs.

Responsibilities:
•    Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to identify requirements and challenges.
•    Recommend suitable commercial kitchen equipment and solutions based on client specifications and industry standards.
•    Prepare and present detailed proposals, including equipment specifications, layouts, and pricing.
•    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project estimation, design, and timely delivery.
•    Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle and project execution.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
•    Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in commercial kitchen equipment.

Job Skills

  Requirements:•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred).•    Proven experience in sales engineering, ideally within the hospitality or foodservice industry.•    Strong understanding of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, ventilation systems, and automation solutions.•    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.•    Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, particularly Excel, for project management and reporting purposes.•    Willingness to travel as needed to client sites and industry events.
